ENGINEERING PRODUCTION
INTECO s.r.o. offers, within its own production capacities, a comprehensive solution according to the submitted drawing documentation and customer requirements – material cutting, chip machining of parts on CNC machining tools by milling and turning. We possess modern CNC centres HURCO.
WELDING
We offer common carbon steel welding as well as stainless steel welding by certified welders. MIG/MAG and TIG technology welding. We can also provide NDT control on request. INTECO s.r.o. is a holder of Quality Management Certificate for welding according to ISO 3834-2 and Certificate of Competence for Welding of Rail Vehicles and their Parts, extended to class CL 1 according to EN 15085-2. Inevitable part of our activity is also quality welding procedures, confirmed by an accredited organization
SURFACE TREATMENT
According to the customer’s requirements, we can provide external surface treatment of products such as zinc coating, nickel plating, chrome plating, cataphoretic coating, powder coating applying close cooperation..
HEAT TREATMENT
If required, the heat treatment of the product is ensured through cooperation with partner companies – whether final or in-process ones. We provide both induction and full-volume hardening, annealing, cementing, nitriding.
QUALITY AND MEASUREMENT
We use a wide range of gauges for inspection of manufactured parts. We have our own measuring centre equipped with high-tech Mitutoyo technology. All gauges are regularly calibrated in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements. If necessary, we will issue a measuring protocol as well as certificates according to EN 10204.
